However the 530 or Arch St. will take you there within 25 min. This is the trade off to live where its quiet, private and safe. Large fenced yard, pets ok. Inside is modern, clean and efficient. There is no stove but instead components such as microwave, electric oven, air fryer and burner. If you need a stove to cook a turkey or ham or whatever you can use mine up front. Laundry is in my house and that is closed off for privacy. A tiny house is of course small but does not lack amenities. Smart TV and Wifi. Pets ok. Smoking ok. Off street parking. Total rent is $600. $100 of that covers utilities. Compare that to one room apt. in town which averages over $900 as well as utility hookups and fees. Heat and A/C. Only rules are must be employed and must have a decent car. Rent to be paid in cash and on time. Call and leave a voice mail or text, I'll get back. Best to come up and look it over for yourself and get an idea of where located. Move in ready. I live up front so you have my attention if any problems.
