This vehicle is the product of a meticulous, full frame-off restoration that I personally performed or supervised and thoroughly enjoyed. It represents a journey of dedication, countless hours of skilled labor, and a deep appreciation for pre-war Ford history.
Authentic Sourcing & Hershey/Manheim Pedigree
Finding the right parts for a true 1931 open cab was a multi-year adventure. Whenever parts were needed, they were replaced strictly with original Ford products or high-quality specialty Model A components. Sourced over years of dedicated hunting at the Hershey swap meets and numerous trips to the Manheim, PA auctions. Features a mix of beautifully restored original Ford steel and high-quality reproduction sheet metal. Many small, critical components were specifically and specially reproduced to exact factory specifications to ensure absolute authenticity.
Bespoke Cherry Wood Craftsmanship
While the mechanicals, chassis, and metal are in absolute original factory configuration, this truck features an incredible, custom-built upgrade. I have personally re-manufactured both the doors and the truck pickup bed using premium, hand-selected cherry wood, built precisely to original Ford specifications. The craftsmanship and the magnificence of the wood grain make this truck a true, one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
