SuperGlide B&W Adapter Mounting Kit 2003-2012 for Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks with a gooseneck already installed. Pullrite #4433 B&W Turnover Gooseneck Hitch Adapter Plate and Rail with Pins are all that are included. This had been installed on a 2012 Ram 2500 for use with a Pullrite #4400 Superglide 5th Wheel Hitch (not included.)
The underbed rail post receiver brackets (part numbers 331903 and 331904) are not included, but can be purchased on their own from the manufacturer or a Pullrite dealer for about $205 +shipping (for both brackets together.)
