Growing manufacturing company is seeking a dependable full-time Production Associate. No experience required — paid training provided.
This is a hands-on production position involving repetitive, straightforward work using hand tools to separate manufactured parts from production assemblies. We are looking for someone who is reliable, works carefully, and can maintain a consistent pace throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Use hand tools to cut and separate manufactured parts from production assemblies
Sort and organize completed pieces
Inspect pieces for obvious defects
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow established safety and production procedures
Perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
Requirements:
No previous manufacturing experience required
Dependable and punctual
Good hand-eye coordination
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Able to stand for extended periods
Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the day
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Full-time position with paid training and opportunity for advancement.
