The Markets is looking for an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic Baker to join our team! If you enjoy creating delicious baked goods, take pride in your work, and love being part of a great team, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other delicious treats.
Mix ingredients and prepare doughs and batters following recipes and quality standards.
Decorate and finish baked goods with attention to detail.
Package and display products to keep our bakery looking its best.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Share your knowledge and help support fellow bakery team members.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of bakery or related food preparation experience.
A passion for baking and creating quality products.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed.
