2024 Eddie Bauer 3100RL. 36ft long. We are the second owners. We have owned it for a year and half. It has a backup camera, 2 AC units, solar powering, hitch stand, slide out support bars, heated hose, 50 ft power cord and surge protector, and miscellaneous accessories included. Obviously has a few cosmetic changes inside cabinetry color, curtains, and new sofa. Comes with a 2 in 1 washer and dryer (never used). A new fridge has been placed inside along with several water lines with brass fittings. Dining table will be added back inside along with tv in bedroom. Propane heat, water, and stove (oven has never been used). It does have a minor tear in flooring. Never has been used for travel it has been used as a temporary home for us. Tires are basically brand new. Selling to upgrade for our family.
