About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Luxury Destination & Vacation Planner to join our global network from the Dominican Republic. In this flexible, commission-driven role, you will curate bespoke travel itineraries for international clients, manage reservations from inquiry through departure, and build a high-performing travel business backed by our host agency tools and preferred supplier rates.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients via digital channels and telephone to understand their travel preferences, style, and budgets.
Design custom holiday packages including commercial flights, luxury resorts, private transfers, and curated excursions.
Provide end-to-end client management, serving as the main point of contact for schedule changes, special requests, and real-time travel support.
Develop and expand your personal client pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and digital referrals.
Maintain current knowledge of international travel advisories, entry policies, and global destination trends.
Requirements
Location: Resident in the Dominican Republic authorized to operate as an independent contractor (RNC registered / Persona Física).
Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+) to interface with global booking platforms and suppliers; native Spanish skills.
Experience: Background in travel consulting, hospitality management, customer success, or consultative sales.
Tech Setup: Dedicated home workspace with a fast, reliable internet connection.
Skills: Strong sales drive, self-discipline, negotiation capability, and thorough attention to detail.
