We are expanding our field team and hiring for two positions. Both are full-time, hands-on field roles reporting directly to the owner.
• Crew Lead: Manages daily job site operations and directs the installation crew
• Drainage Installer (Laborer): Performs installation work under the direction of the Crew Lead. No drainage experience required; paid training provided

Crew Lead Responsibilities
• Manage residential drainage projects from site setup through final customer walkthrough
• Supervise, train, and direct a crew of 1–2 installers
• Verify layout, trench depth, and pipe slope to meet company installation standards
• Operate a mini excavator and other job site equipment
• Protect customer property, including sod, irrigation, utilities, and landscaping
• Communicate job progress, photos, and site issues to the owner
• Represent the company professionally with homeowners
Drainage Installer Responsibilities
• Dig and trench by hand and assist with equipment operation
• Cut, fit, and install drainage pipe, basins, and fittings
• Backfill, restore sod, and clean the job site daily
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials
• Follow direction from the Crew Lead and company safety practices
Performance Standards
All team members are expected to:
• Arrive on site by 7:00–7:30am, prepared to work
• Complete work correctly the first time, to warranty standards
• Leave every property clean and orderly
• Treat customers and their property with respect
• Care for company tools, trailers, and equipment
• Maintain a drug-free workplace
Qualifications: Crew Lead
• 1+ year of experience in drainage, irrigation, plumbing, or landscape/hardscape installation
• Experience supervising a crew of 2 or more
• Valid driver's license
• Preferred: mini excavator, PVC/SDR-35 pipe, or sump pump experience
Qualifications: Drainage Installer
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors for a full shift
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Preferred: prior construction, landscaping, or irrigation experience
Physical Requirements (both positions)
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Dig, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Work outdoors in Florida heat and wet conditions
Compensation and Benefits
• Crew Lead: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
• Drainage Installer: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
• $300 monthly performance bonus for attendance and quality
