We are moving and will not be taking our living room furniture with us. It's about 5 years old and has reclining functionality in the loveseats, couch, and the chair with cupholders built in as pictured.

Coffee table is included free, it does have some light staining on the top in a spot.

There is cushion material tears on two of the cushions as pictured but it does not affect the actual functionality. Very comfortable and the reclining is nice to have! No smoking house.
You'll need to be able to pick it up and haul it. We live in lowell.
