Super cheap – nearly free – basic utility type storage structure – an old MOBILE HOME.
I would hate to see this useful resource wasted, but I do need to replace it with a more modern, more comfortable dwelling I can live in (once I find it).
I am mostly counseled that – I should just pay to demolish it – just to get it gone from my Loveland lot – but while convenient for me – it’s wasteful – if you could have a use for it – like storage.
It’s a weather and water tight / wind resistant space – with wiring and plumbing and furnace that beats the hell out of a tent or tarp. It would keep any stuff stored in it dry and – and maybe warm, when it shouldn’t freeze (paint?) – or cool(er) if it would be wrecked by heat – hail, no problem – and even an ancient kitchen that could cook crew meals.
Vintage 1973 840 sqft trailer / mobile home.
I need to tow in something I can live in on my west Loveland lot– so, need someone to tow this existing trailer away to somewhere it could be useful.
