We are a smaller but well established company that builds decks and patio covers from Longmont to Cheyenne, based in Loveland, and have been in business for 21+ years now - we have a lot of jobs lined up right now and need an experienced builder looking for work. We have a crew who decided, after several years of working for us, that'd he'd take a desk job offer with family and so we're short handed all of sudden. We currently have 3 full time crews and need at least one more right now.
We need someone who has experience doing quality framing, all their own tools and basic equipment (we'll provide specialty tools to use when needed), general liability insurance, and who doesn't mind work! We'll have the plans/permits and materials ready to go and on site, just need to show up and do the actual build. Most crews in the past have a lead with a helper or two.
Must be personable as customers will come talk with you and ask questions or to go over details, and most importantly professional - show up and work reasonable hours consistently with good communication between us, you, and the homeowner so we all stay happy and we're all successful!
