Cute house with a large living room. Updated kitchen with lots of cabinets. Dish washer, Fridge and electric stove. One Large bedroom and one a-joining small bedroom or office. There is a basement space where the furnace and water heater are located that can be used for storage. Large, fenced back yard with a nice patio and alley access. One car detached garage. Pets are negotiable with additional rent.

I am not sure of the exact move in availability at this time. The current tenants are purchasing a home and expect to be moved out at the end of October. I am expecting to need a few weeks for cleaning and any needed repairs. First month's rent will be prorated if you move in any date other than the 1st of the month

House is currently occupied so please do not disturb the tenants living there at this time. Feel free to drive by and to check out the location. You can also drive down the alley to see the back yard. If you like what you see from the drive-by call me and I will set up a time to show you the inside.
