1 Cemetery Plot at Evergreen Cemetery - $2,400 (Section 7, Lot 24, Space 3)

The following information was provided by Evergreen, but should be confirmed by you with Evergreen staff:
1. When you purchase a grave you are not purchasing the physical ground but the interment rights to that space. A second interment right is possible if one person is cremated by purchasing a second right, as an interment right, at half the current cost of the space.
2. Because Space 3 is a single grave, it would have to have a flat bronze marker.
This plot is jointly owned by a brother and sister, formerly from Louisville, who now live outside the Louisville area. Payment by wire transfer or Zelle from your bank is best to finalize the transfer of deed with Evergreen personnel as a convenience to both parties.. Once the payment is received, the transition of ownership will be a smooth process. Interested parties may be connected with our attorney as needed to handle this transaction for us with you and/or your attorney. Mutual trust is needed to make the transfer.
