**Team USA Body Shop** is looking for an experienced **Combo Body Technician / Painter** to join our commercial truck body shop team.
We specialize in **commercial trucks, trailers, box trucks, cargo vans, and other fleet vehicles**. We are looking for someone who can confidently handle **both body repair and paint work** from start to finish.
### WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Perform collision and body repairs on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles
* Repair and replace damaged body panels, doors, bumpers, and other components
* Perform fiberglass, aluminum, and steel body repairs
* Straighten and repair damaged panels
* Perform prep work including sanding, masking, priming, and blocking
* Mix and apply paint and clear coat
* Match colors and blend paint as needed
* Complete repairs with attention to quality, fit, finish, and appearance
* Work efficiently to keep commercial vehicles moving and minimize downtime
### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* **Experience as a commercial truck body technician and/or painter**
* Strong body repair skills
* Strong painting and refinishing skills
* Ability to take a vehicle from damaged to finished
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable and dependable
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
**Commercial truck experience is preferred, but strong automotive collision/body and paint experience will also be considered.**
