My name is Steve, I am retired, and I am looking for a room to rent in the Redding Buenaventura area where I have my storage rental and where I (rent) / reside now, hopefully where there is no drugs including POT, no smoking due to fire issues, and of course a place with NO Drama that is very hard to find these days. I like my living environment neat, clean, and organized, I have a current drivers license and proof of income.
I also have my own WIFI with Spectrum and that too can be moved to another location if needed. I am an avid user of eBay and Amazon for my online shopping needs, and of course a subscriber of Netflix with other streaming apps. I am pretty much self sufficient for my own needs and having an electric bike eliminates parking space issues.
