Hello, I am currently looking to rent an affordable apartment within the range of $1000-1200 a month. Unfortunately, I cannot cover more, but I am moving up in the world, whilst will enable me to pay more in the future. I am more than willing to renegotiate leases yearly like a normal civilian.

I am currently from between moves. I was previously located in PA, but now my job has me in NYC.

I am a doorman full-time, and also a computer programmer part-time. I am always working, so, when I get home I just eat, shower, and sleep. Hardly no time for myself, but sure need to attend to my necessities.

Unfortunately, I have no relative in NYC and I am stranded most of the time paying expensive hotels.

I am willing to move in asap or even request an NYC voucher if needed for a higher rent pay.

- $1000 - 1200 a month in rent
