Just moved here from Colorado and I need a room to rent.
Honestly, im not super picky, i really just need a safe, clean spot to rest as I rebuild my life here.
I am 46 yr old Black queer male, im actually Black and Mexican. Im from Colorado so Im sweet and nice naturally. 🥰
I am super clean and quiet. Im focusing on work and health right now, the health is because I was in a car accident so my body is different, so its my project these days 🙃and work because I like to live and eat.
I getting my Cyber Security certification and work and that takes up most of my time. On down times, I like sip wine and watch reality TV.
Im not into the social scene much, i mean i can go tear it up once in a while lol but thats about it. Im older and I've had my fun, so I won't have visitors or loud noises or paries of any kind.
I have a clean background (i did secrity so i can send you my background report) and im not shady in any way. Everyone knows who I am and where I stand.
Im just looking for someone that has their own thing going on and wants someone reliable (especially with rent) and respectful to rent a room out too. I would like to do 6 mos or longer and do a month to month at first to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. 🙂
If we don't mesh or this doesn't work out, I will do a 30 day notice and find a new place to live. I don't create or live in drama whatsoever.
