We are a small company in the Japanese personal care and hygiene sector seeking a talented web designer/developer to support the design, development, and ongoing management of our English-language and Japanese-language websites.
Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required. It is sufficient if you are able to communicate in either Japanese or English.
Experience with website design and development is preferred. Our website is based on Shopify. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the platform and has some knowledge of e-commerce.
Position Details:
- Part-time role (20 to 28 hours a week)
- Office located approximately 20 minutes by train from Shinjuku Station
- On-site work required (remote work is NOT available)
- NO Working Holiday Visa.
- Student Visa, Dependent Visa or Work Visa are acceptable. We are looking for someone who can work for us long-term for several years.
Compensation:
Trial period: ¥1,500 per hour, plus full transportation reimbursement.
After a trial period of 30 days: compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications, plus full transportation reimbursement.
