Looking for a vacation type rental - November

I can’t believe I am one of these posts I see so much, but I guess it’s my turn after so many good rental experience’s.
STORY: I rented a place before I got here, very sub standard rental. Lots of rotten, smelly, moldy walls, can’t hang my clothes in the closet it’s so bad, living out of a suitcase, lots of large ants and cockroaches, leaky pipes, doors not locking properly, windows hard to open, blinds stained and only partially cover the window, mismatches cheap sheets, missing many light fixtures, just bare bulbs, light switches hazardous, so many things to list but you get the point.
The landlord said he had no idea the shape of the apartment, and said it was the property manager. Wants me to stay while he fixes.. not up for this type of stay and know how long it will take.
I just want to enjoy my one month here. I am a permanent resident and spent many of the past 7 years here. I am going inland at the end of November, so was hoping for a nice one month, vacation type rental.
Anyone have anything for November?
MUST HAVES (PLEASE READ):
- [ ] Accept small well behaved dog who is never left alone
- [ ] Good internet, as work from home (also workspace - can be kitchen table)
- [ ] Quiet and safe, no construction, traffic or pubs/clubs nearby
- [ ] CLEAN - relatively new or well kept older is okay
- [ ] Patio
- [ ] View of something nice (no cement wall or staring into someone else’s apartment)
- [ ] Private
- [ ] No ground floor/street level
- [ ] PV only. I’ll stay anywhere from around Hotel Zone to lower Conchas Chinas (no romantic zone, preferably)
- [ ] Parking
- [ ] Laundry
- [ ] Usually don’t use A/C but if not quiet or safe enough to sleep with windows open,, then need A/C
- [ ] Need to view asap - move in ready
