I"m currently looking for a Sublet in the Coquitlam area starting around October ( earlier might be doable as well, in late September ). I am looking for about 4-8 weeks until I find my own permanent residence. It would be for a single occupancy, Non party/Non smoker please. Ideally I would like my room to be quiet, ideally a home for me is fairly easy-going, and my place to come home to after schooling/work. I am taking courses while I"m at the sublet in Medical and Health, another reason why I would like a quiet place. Living with Students would be my first option, or full-time working people. Another great thing is if the place is walking distance to either a Skytrain Station, or West Coast Express. Please let me know if this sounds like you, and what your price offer is. Nothing above 1200.00. Please don't contact me if you are offering a place in the City. I"m looking for a quiet place, in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts, Rural Neighborhood.
