Looking for a studio/apt - Early 40’s/Quiet/Clean & 6+ years in recovery 🆘 (Burnham)

We need a place until we buy a house in the next 2 years(at most, hopefully), between our credit scores just under 600 and with our history(6-9 years old between the both of us), it’s been hard to find a place to live.
We moved to Lewistown and helped my mom renovate her home, now we need our own space since my husband started a job driving truck.
Our income is around $5500-$6500 a month with my side job of cleaning homes here and there. I’m also about to graduate with a business degree.
We are clean too, I’m very OCD and my husband was a carpenter for years and can fix almost anything too. If someone would rent to us and need help fixing up a property, we both can be useful - I thought I would add that since it’s happened in the past.
We do have references as well.
Within a 30 min drive of Milroy, PA would be the area we are looking in too.
I’ve had a ton of rejection, and I understand the concern, we are good people though and just need some help with this.
God is pushing me to post this, and maybe that’s because there’s someone that is willing to give us this opportunity to show that we are worth a shot 🙏🏼
