Looking for small workshop space in Hilo

Aloha, I own a small business making high end Handpans, a musical instrument similar to a steel drum. I am looking for a workshop space to produce them in the Hilo area. I am looking for around 500 square ft with the ability to make noise without bothering anyone as well as 220v power for a kiln I use to low temp anneal the steel. Thanks!
