I'm looking to rent a small 1 or 2 bedroom home or first floor apartment in or around state college, must have bath tub, be in good shape, clean and quiet, pleas.....do not ask me to submit any application fees prior to viewing, do not ask for my personal information prior to viewing, pleas....have a local number .....I'm tired of dealing with scammers and won't entertain any fees prior to viewing, I have a decent job, I'm clean, I'm quiet, don't drink, do drugs, smoke, I also have a housebroken 3 pound dog, thanks to any honest people who reply
