Looking for short term/month-to-month studio/1bed in Mt. Pleasant (Mount Pleasant)

Grew up here, moved abroad long ago but returning to care for terminally ill parents. They live near downtown MP. I'm interested in a small space (studio or 1bed largest) as near to them as possible, expecting to need to stay at least through end 2026 depending on their life course.
Mid 40s health professional, male, work from home. Nonsmoker. No pets, much as I love them I travel too much to keep them (so yours are fine). I'm almost profoundly quiet, which is how I prefer my surroundings.
Ideally no roommates; either way private access would be great. I generally cook a fair bit for myself so a private kitchenette would be awesome. Would love covered parking for my truck but not necessary.
I'm flexible on all of the above except for the nonsmoking bit.
