I am looking for someone to Sign a Lease with me in Secaucus or close-by area that is commutable to NYC.
This is for One Person only.
The Apt I am looking for is Harper, Secaucus.
This is close to walmart, chipotle, starbucks, fitness club, restaurants, coffee shops and movie theatre in walkable distance.
There is a frequent Bus that goes to NYC and Hoboken right around the corner.
Ideally we will have our our rooms with attached bathrooms.
Lease would be from Nov Start or Earlier.
Leasing will require proof of income/funds
Expenses -
- Approx. 2000 (Rent + utils) for each person if 2 Bed/ 2Bath
- Approx. 1700 (Rent + utils) for each person if 1 Bed / 1 Bath
These numbers are approximate and could be less.
Apt Preference -
- Secaucus or closeby area Route 3 is fine too
- Walkable to a Bus / Train

- I work 5 days a week in NYC.
