Female looking for a safe, clean, and peaceful environment for myself and my 2 cats. Open to coming together as 2 people who are looking for a place , we can possibly find one together. I’m hoping to move by Nov/Dec and would really love to find something stable, welcoming, and comfortable.

A little about myself
-I work a regular 9-5 Mon-Fri
-I am a holistic healer, and a creative.
-I am responsible, clean, and quiet.
-I'm respectful of shared spaces, and very tidy.
-I do not party.
-Very mindful of others' routines and space.
My cats:
-Both very friendly, and one is rather vocal.
-They get the night time zoomies.
-Litter trained and I scoop daily so things are odor free.
-Never have been outside, are up to date on all shots.
-INDOOR ONLY
What I’m looking for:
-A small room or studio apt
-Pet friendly
-Month to month or long term. I prefer long-term.
-Safe neighborhood considering this is NYC
-Open to roommates, private rentals, sublets. I'm also very handy.
-Budget friendly ($900-$1200/mo)
