Looking for a place to live, temporary or long term. I just need something. I lost my job in May and am facing eviction from my current home. Have been unsuccessful in finding work that can afford my rent here at Lexington arms Apartments (1200/Month). I do not have a vehicle, though I can get out of town if need be via friends. I have no issue walking or biking, I've done it most of my adult life.
I am closing in on middle aged. I am a loner, and will be expecting no company. I do not smoke or drink. I have my own food money via stamps and don't need transportation from you. I am very clean, friendly and have no criminal record.
I'm desperate. I've sold off almost everything I own, have gotten help from the local trustee office and have done everything I can to stay afloat. Theres just not much jobs here that can afford the 1200 rent a month. I need a place to stay till I can find appropriate work and get back on my feet. We can discuss payment, length of stay and whatever you need. I just need a act of faith and kindness that I have no right to ask for. Please, consider helping me.
The only requirement I ask is that it is within reasonable walking distance of work. That being a mile or two. Preferably Elwood but other locations are up for discussion too.
