I am exiting my current lease in Kensington due to a rent increase and seeking a room for myself and my dog. 1/yr sublet with option to renew is ideal. Looking primarily in Brooklyn, would also consider Manhattan. Price range 800-1,000.

Me: Late 30s, gay male, full-time in-office employment (Mon-Fri 9-5) as a social worker at a doctor's office. Side career as a creative writer and literary nonprofit manager. Clean and quiet. Dog is elderly, 65 pounds, well-behaved.
