Looking for a room to rent from Oct 1st through Oct 8th in the Cocoa Beach area. I'd like to be close to the beach. I prefer my own bathroom, but it's not a deal-breaker if shared.
I'm single, straight, 50 years old, and a veteran. Mature, professional, in early retirement. I do not do drugs and rarely drink. Have a late model four-door sedan. I have no animals/pets. Can pay for the week in full, IN PERSON.
