The work is mostly headphones, keyboard, guitar, and monitors. Day-to-day volume is in the same range as watching a movie or playing music on a stereo—not live-band levels, not late-night rehearsals. I keep hours reasonable and respect shared walls.
I work at Amazon 40 hrs/ week and can afford $600-$750/mo depending on bills. If you need a solid roomie rsvp!
