In need of a bedroom, for me and my twenty-pound dog, "Junior" (pictured below, a Terrier and Chihuahua mix).

I do not drink, smoke, vape, nor been arrested, etc. Although I have two master degrees, I am a caregiver with the State of Washington (CDWA / DSHS). I am a cleaning freak, so I am willing to trade such services for a lower rent. I also have apartment management experience, including overseeing a 17-bed sober-living facility. I also do not drive, so you would not have to worry about a vehicle.

I presently live south of Portland, but would like to move to the Olympia or Tacoma area, a.s.a.p. (for better work hours). Originally from California (Pasadena), so I am most interested in living in big cities.
