Honestly, I have very modest space requirements. If you can section off a small corner with enough room for a twin bed and a small table and maybe a couple of electrical outlets, that would be perfectly fine. I'm quiet, responsible, and just need a clean, practical place to stay during the week.
My family lives in Northern Virginia, and I only need a place to stay a few nights during the workweek to avoid a long daily commute. Most of my time will be spent working at a nearby plant, so I'm simply looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay when needed.
