Looking for rental starting 04-01-2027 (Southwest-Central Idaho, Stanley, Cascade, McCall)

Seeking FURNISHED rental with utilities included. For one older, senior man, no pets. Private man that is quiet and respectful of others privacy.
Remote, rural, just outside town or simply a rental in a quiet, private and preferentially secluded area. No noisy neighbors, no barking dogs.
Rental will be free standing with no other dwellers or renters close by. Short-term ok and long-term possible for the right rental situation. Would be ok with 4-6 month rental agreement for starters.
Have regular monthly income. Can afford $750.00 to $1,000 (tops) per month. This will include any and all utilities. I am healthy, reliable and have an excellent renter history record.
