Hi everyone, we’re a family of 3 looking for any of these types of home. We highly prefer if the home is a standalone/freestanding home, not attached to anything, no shared walls. Parking is not a requirement, but we would appreciate it if at least one off-street space is available.
Who: A couple and a young child

Budget: $1700 without utilities included. $1800 with utilities included.
About us:
I’m a stay at home mom. I have limited income from the VA. My credit is great. I have enough savings to help cover rent and monthly expenses. I have always paid rent on time and will not risk lowering my credit score by not doing so now.
My boyfriend is self-employed but doesn’t have the best income. He’s currently looking for a better job. He is open to providing service in exchange for a discounted rent (contractor, car mechanic, electrical work). He has also been a logger before, if that helps.
We are just trying to raise our child without the income requirements (1.5x - 2.5x the rent) that come along with renting an apartment from property management companies.
