Looking for rental and fresh start

We’re looking for a 2–3 bedroom apartment, townhouse, or small house in Manteca, Lodi, Tracy, or the surrounding areas. I am looking to rent for approximately $1700 and we’re hoping to find a landlord willing to work with us.
Unfortunately, due to difficult circumstances in my past marriage, my rental history isn’t the best, which has made finding a home challenging. I’m working hard to rebuild and provide a stable, comfortable home for my children.
I’m hoping to find someone who is willing to look at the bigger picture and give us a fair chance. I’m happy to discuss our situation privately.
