Looking for quiet space to rent, potential live in caregiver (Mesa)

A little about me: I am 43, no kids, retired with a steady income. I am a caregiver for my mom and my niece in their respective homes. I do not drink or smoke. I enjoy gardening, crocheting, exercising, and lake days.
About Leia: she is a 7 year old Maltese-Pomeranian. Leia is hypoallergenic, she does not shed or have an under coat, she is fixed, & well trained. She loves cats, & other dogs. She goes where I go and is at my heel when we are home.
I am looking for a place in the East Valley, preferably Mesa.
Potential for part time live in caregiver - I pay rent, but I also would be a good fit for older retirees or disabled persons that have space and need some help around the house, yard, or with driving.
