Hello, our company currently has multiple rooms near the Gwangjin-gu, Seongdong-gu, Dongdaemun-gu and Junglang-gu areas. We are looking for an individual that can deep clean such as bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms as well as occasionally doing the laundry.
We are also looking for someone to inspect empty units as well as cleaning if necessary or preparing check ins or check and move out dates for tenants and guests.

Payment:
Single Room Units: 90,000won with Laundry 100,000won. Cleaning Materials, you have to provide for yourself and prepared. ( On call for with a Schedule)
Two Bedroom Units 100,000won with Laundry 110,000won. Cleaning Materials, you have to provide for yourself and prepared. (On Call for with a Schedule)
Inspection/Check and Move Ins, Check and move outs:
Payment: 40,000won (1-4 rooms) more than (5-7) will be an extra 20,000won. Public Transportation 9,000won given. (On Call for with a Scheduled) In the event there's no work for that week you will still be compensated for only half.
Building Maintenance:
Making sure the outside area is clean in all areas as well as trash organized and thrown away accordingly.
Payment: 30,000won. But if done twice on the same week will be an extra 15,000won.
