I am looking for a private room with a private bathroom between Oct-Nov. Would like to have a six month lease that I’d be able to extend after the six months pending relocation for work. Preferably an all women’s location, Catonsville area with street parking, pets allowed (I don’t have my puppy as of yet) occasionally a teenager would come over some days/nights and weekends, in room fridge, no carpet and furnished would be great. A non smoking house is desired. I can pay up to $1200 per month and if there’s a space that offers two rooms for $1200 I’d take that as long as it’s private. I work from home sometimes as well, very minimal.
I will not send my ID to anyone to view.
I will not complete an application prior to viewing.
I will use SDAT to verify the owner’s information. So many scammers out here it’s crazy.
