Seeking a space- Downtown RVA, fan district, church hill, shockoe bottom, anything close to those areas. I must view the space 1st before I fill out anything if that’s something you require. Nothing sight unseen.
Seeking a space where I can sleep and shower, maybe wash clothes but I’m okay if I can’t. Going through a rough patch and trying to get on my feet and save some money. This would be temporary, maybe 4 or 5 months but I may leave sooner but will definitely let you know before that happens. If I could, I would love a Private entrance or detached space with bathroom in the room. No animals in the space I would be in please. Not much money so Price range $350 to $500. Serious and please no weirdos or people trying to exchange sexual encounters or anything of the sort. Strictly housing accommodations. Thank you.
