My family and I are looking for a 2/3 bedroom house or apartment for $2000 or less. Our current landlord is selling the house so we need to find somewhere asap. We are both employed and have good rental history and references. We do not have the best credit which is why we prefer a private landlord. 2 adults 2 kids no pets.
