Easy going 49yo Canadian from Victoria BC, seeking place. Preferably a room in a house. Cleaning is not a problem and expected. Non smoker not a party guy. I keep to myself and don't make it a habit of getting involved in other people's business. Stable monthly income, and can afford $850. I get ODSP for shoulder issues. That's it.

Not into weird scenarios. Just relatively normal people, with a relatively respectful space. Apparently that is a tall ask these days.

I'm also an experienced renovator, and have restored many heritage buildings. Background is Ukraine/Russian/English. Non political, non religious. Lived with and dated different nationalities. I'm also a veteran traveller. Single, no girlfriend currently.
