Middle aged professional GWM starting over, seeking pet-friendly (in lease - 1 dog, 1 cat) living space in quiet location with parking for one car. Ideally, washer/dryer in-unit and gas cooking. Open to creative options, and space need not be newly remodeled. Preference for rural/wooded setting, but not required. Excellent personal references, credit ruined, but open to discussing fronting up to several months’ rent.
Max monthly rent $1500 to $2200 firm.
