Hi everyone! I'm currently looking for a safe, affordable, and welcoming housing arrangement for myself, with the possibility of my girlfriend joining me a little later. I need to be out of my current living situation by December, so I'm actively trying to find something reliable before then.
A little about us (and me for the time being):
I'm 20 years old, and my girlfriend and I are a committed couple. She's currently living in South Carolina, while I'm in Tennessee. Initially, it would just be me and my animals moving in, as I would need to arrange transportation to South Carolina to pick her up. If my mom is unable to take me, I'll have to find another ride. Until then, I'd be living independently with my pets.

I have four animals:
- one Chihuahua puppy
- A hedgehog
- A ferret.
- A juvenile Chaco golden knee tarantula.
All of my animals are mine, not my girlfriend's. I take their care seriously, keep their living spaces clean, and maintain a regular cleaning routine. I'm looking for somewhere that genuinely accommodates animals, including smaller and less conventional pets.

We're both caring, respectful, understanding, and easygoing people. We're generally quiet, enjoy keeping to ourselves, and appreciate a peaceful environment, but we're also friendly and don't mind building a friendship with the people we live with.
We're responsible, considerate of other people's belongings and boundaries, and believe communication is important when sharing a home. We aren't interested in unnecessary drama, arguments, disrespect, or making anyone uncomfortable.
As potential roommates, we're happy to contribute to keeping shared spaces clean, helping with reasonable household chores, taking care of our responsibilities, and being considerate of everyone else's schedules and personal space.
We also enjoy being around children and believe in patience, kindness, and creating a safe, positive environment. We're comfortable being supportive, responsible adults around children, while understanding and respecting parental boundaries.
💼 Employment & What We Can Contribute:
I'm currently actively searching for employment and working toward getting financially established. My girlfriend will also be working toward employment once we're together.
Until we secure jobs, we're willing to contribute in other reasonable ways, depending on what the household needs. This could include:
- Helping with reasonable household cleaning.
- Keeping shared spaces tidy and organized.
- Helping with everyday household tasks.
- Pet-related assistance, if needed and mutually agreed upon.
- Being respectful, dependable, and considerate roommates.
- Helping maintain the property and doing our part around the home.
We're not expecting anyone to provide for us indefinitely. We're simply hoping someone might be willing to give us an opportunity to get on our feet while we work toward employment and independence.

Honestly, we just want somewhere we can call our own, even if it's only a small room or separate living area. Somewhere we can have our privacy, take care of our animals, have access to Wi-Fi, and work toward building a better future.
