Hello, we are two adults who both work and currently rent in Florence Oregon. We are looking to stay in Florence or the surrounding area within 30 minutes or so.
I’m happy to provide reference from my previous landlord on care of the property and my pets behavior in the home. Looking to stay under $1800 for a stand alone home. We are not interested in an apartment at this time. A yard area would be ideal even if small, I have portable fencing that my dogs respect completely. They are not barkers or diggers and are totally house trained. They are rarely left alone as they often come to work with me they are also crate trained.
I take a lot of pride in my home and keep a quiet and tidy space. We enjoy gardening, landscaping and cooking. And are outdoor enthusiasts who are regularly out hiking, kayaking or enjoying local events.
