As I drive around I see property that is obviously not being utilized. I’m looking for a parcel in South East Grays Harbor. It doesn’t need utilities but has to be in unincorporated areas. Let that unused piece of property work for you. I’m flexible regarding size but would like to keep it around $75K or under. I prefer you carry contract. I have a home and will sell once land is acquired. I have steady retirement income and would be willing to pay up to 10% interest on unpaid balance. Most likely I would pay it off when house is sold and would be willing to pay early payoff penalty TBD. Cash is tight right now and you might be sitting on some potential extra monthly income from a reliable source.
