Mature individual with a Pet...I am looking to rent a one bedroom. One bath possibly with one or two inclusions, if at all possible! I would consider renting a room as well within reason. Single individual, No drama, and I keep to myself. I'm very private. I don't have people over to my home. Whatsoever! I am very meticulous when it comes to my home and just about everything I do. Some say i'm a little OCD. I JUST LIKE THINGS VERY ORGANIZED AND CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. I have 2 outstanding references from previous landlords. The most recent is from 67th Ave North. Myrtle Beach.. I would prefer to deal with a priva i would like to stay in the area between fifty fifth avenue and seventy second ave, north only. I would like to deal with a private landlord as I don't really want to go into a large complex, type place. My Nala is a Boxer/ Mix... She weighs 48 lbs. I did receive my entire deposit back as well as a wonderful letter of Recommendation. I will be arriving no later than September 6th. Serious inquiries only. Thank you so much in advance.
