My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a long term rental place in Kona and would love you folks help! We’ve been searching on multiple rental apps as well as social media but have not been lucky! We both have full time jobs currently renting but our lease will be up the end of December the owner is returning to live in there condo and we need to move out just need our own space.
What we’re looking for:
- Long term lease
- 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath
- Kitchen area w/ stove and refrigerator ideally private apartment not shared housing
- Electricity & Water be included in the rent.
- Budget: Maximum of $1,800 monthly (Lower is better. Higher than that is too much for us)
