I'm looking for a legit private landlord in the AUGUSTA COUNTY VA AREA, MUST BE KID & PET FRIENDLY! We are very responsible & clean tenants, we pay on time. We are just trying our best to get back on our feet, after a few medical issues last yr & this yr it has really set us behind with our credit score, so our credit is not the best right now, but we are working on fixing it slowly. We do currently live off disability so don't make the 3× rent policy most places have but we have steady income monthly.
Looking for a 3 bedroom if possible.
But could make 2 bedroom work if we had to.
