We are relocating to Moses lake & have been working to get a home loan as I’d like to buy. Having a few hiccups with the loan. Credit is good & income is good. Unresolved divorce is the issue.
I can afford up to $3400 a month.
If anyone has a house for sale that would be willing to do an owner holds the contract until I can get this divorce completed please let me know! 6-8 months MAX.
I see a few homes on Zillow that would work perfectly but not sure if the owners would be willing to do this.
Rental contract that I am currently in ends October 1st so I am trying to find something that is currently available.
