Looking to buy land preferably more than 10 acres within 45 minutes of Salem area. Want to buy privately due to credit. Doesn't matter if it has a house or not. Willing to do a fixer upper if house is repairable. We run a local non profit so we need the space to continue to operate it efficiently.
